Terrific tennis on show in yr.4s net/wall topic. Pupils investigated control and how this helps us to direct our shots.
Brilliant lesson today with yr.6 in our invasion topic. Pupils had to develop techniques on how to attack and defend against an opponent. Was great to see pupils analysing their own and each others performances and discussing what position and tactics would be best.
WPS sports monitors 23/24
Our sports monitors will be helping with active break and lunchtimes and will be running a variety of intra challenges throughout the school year.
This afternoon our Reading Ambassadors from across the school had the chance to explore our new library space- it is safe to say that they LOVED it!
We are so proud of our brand new library here at Wigmore! We have filled it with an exciting range of books and lots of cosy seating for the children to grow their love of reading and share a book with their friends. We love it and hope you do too!🍃😍📚✨ #ReadingMatters
